lovely decor terrace bar free minibar items limited options spa hour strict timing

the hotel had lovely decor and felt opulent. the terrace bar was great. our room was large and the free minibar items were replenished daily.

the breakfast options were limited. the spa is included, but it is strictly one hour. the cleaner asked us to leave exactly 58 minutes after we got in.

The hotel has a stylish and spacious room. Everything needed was available. The receptionist and all her friendly colleagues. The hotel offers free snacks and soft drinks in the room. I found free sweets and cava at reception!

My room was described as having a balcony, though it was only a Juliet type overlooking a central inner light shaft.

Staff members are friendly and approachable. They are ready to help with any questions. The staff at check-in were fantastic. They took their time explaining about the rooms, the pool, and the spa downstairs. The service was great!

Rooms are really well decorated, comfy, and clean. The rooms get cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. I found fresh water given every day, and welcome soft drinks in the mini bar. These were nice touches.

Breakfast is lovely, and there is lots of choice. I found the breakfast to be super tasty. The cava on arrival and free minibar were much appreciated. The dining options were very good.

the rooftop pool and indoor spa were superb. the gym had excellent facilities. the staff was helpful and friendly. breakfast offered a lot of variety.

the wi-fi signal was weak at times, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

amazing experience!

friendly personnel relaxing rooftop pool free minibar excellent housekeeping

I found the personnel super friendly and very cute! the rooftop pool was relaxing and enjoyable. It was perfect for unwinding. the minibar had free water and juice which i appreciated a lot! i noticed very good housekeeping, with ample towels and products replenished daily.

The hospitality tray was not restocked every day. That was a bit of a letdown. i wished it had been refreshed to keep up with the rest of the amazing service.
